Third floor is setup as a self contained flat with two bedrooms, living room, modern kitchen and a large modern bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and bidet. It has three balconies.
The third floor was attic with two storage/bedrooms and a toilet until 1993.
It was fully renovated with modern windows and doors to newly renovated balconies and large sky lites to give all of the rooms lots of light and access. It is furnished with modern period and region adapted stylings.
