Rental Rates

• Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

Rates by seasons:

Low season rates:

Assume 28 euros per person per night including Children for the number of nights you need and then a slight discount.

Exceptions to low season

High summer season for 25th July till 31st August 2010

Assume 32 Euros per person per night including Children for the number of nights you need and then a slight discount.

Christmas and New Year’s are the time of year that we really try to do it up beautiful for Guests. We include a Christmas tree for guests and provide a Chef for special meals. The meals are all negotiated prix fix with menus of guest choice all made with fresh local free range poultry and holiday touches. Christmas week and New Years are all negotiated pricing. Please contact us.

Starting 1 March 2010 our guests can reserve the complete house for
themselves at a slightly higher price per head. Care Taker services are included.

Fees: We generally add a security deposit and a cleaning fee. Security deposits are returned or voided within 40 days of departure.

Pets: We love animals and feel that pets are part of a family and should join them on their vacations. Pets bring with them added cleaning challenges. Please let us know what pets you are bringing and we will add a pet fee of 25 Euros per pet per visit. WE assume that you will take full responsibility for your pets well being and behavior.

SPECIAL: We will pay for the cake to be delivered from the local Bakery for any group of 8 or larger staying at least 2 days for a Birthday in the Group or an Anniversary. Please see the Vendor page under Anton Seitz Baeckerei for details on the bakery.
